Leah LeCates, president, founded Home Mortgage Services in 1987, and is proud to be the first female owned and operated mortgage brokerage company in the state of Maryland, as well as a founding affiliate of the Women's Council of Realtors.

In addition to Home Mortgage Services, Leah has had an extensive background in the banking industry for over 30 years. She was the vice president of mortgage operations and title services for a Maryland-based savings bank, and today is proud to serve as president of Home Mortgage Services.

Candace Conaway is a 3rd generation local with a expertise in the Delaware and Maryland beach communities. After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Salisbury University with a Bachelor of Science degree, Candace joined the team at Home Mortgage Services. Candace's strong relationships with major investors allow her to offer specialized programs for all types of borrowers. She welcomes the opportunity to put all this knowledge and dedication to work for you.

Susan Turci joined the Home Mortgage Team in 1999, with prior loan servicing experience dating back to 1992. Her commercial banking background, specializing in loan operations, has complemented the administrative strategies of Home Mortgage Services. Susan's skills and knowledge efficiently convey the loan process from beginning to end.

Eileen Harper has been in the mortgage industry for over 30 years. Having worked closely with realtors, homebuyers, and home builders, her experience has led to over 100 million dollars in loan production. Eileen has been recognized by local community groups, including being named 2007 Affiliate of the Year in Maryland for the Women's Council of Realtors. For the last three years Eileen has also served as an Ambassador for the Ocean City Chamber of Commerce.

Susie Montague joined the Home Mortgage team in 2005,
after obtaining her management and business degree. Susie has an extensive background in the service industry which contributes to her exceptional communication and organizational skills. Susie is an active member of Bay Shore Community Church and enjoys sharing her energy with charitable foundations.
